Refund policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened booster packs, boxes, or sealed products
- Single cards removed from protective packaging
- Products showing signs of use, handling, tampering, or resealing
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any incorrect, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.
Card condition is assessed according to our own grading standards. Minor manufacturing imperfections may not qualify as damage.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Returns
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@themalllpl.com.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds where abuse, tampering, fraudulent claims, or misuse of this policy is suspected.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that products exempt from cancellation rights under applicable law, including unsealed collectible products where appropriate, may not qualify for return.
